Beauty World at Far East is set to get a new urban heart with the development of The Reserve Residences. The mixed-use development is scheduled to feature 700 residential units and 150 service apartments on 36 storeys. In addition, it will include an underground pedestrian link to the beauty world MRT station. Ultimately, Beauty World is set to become a premier urban village, with quality education, entertainment, and retail facilities.

The developer has extended the tender period for Jalan Anak Bukit, a 3.2-hectare site in the beauty world precinct. The development is expected to deliver 865 private lodging units, including overhauled condominiums and flats. It will also have an underground pedestrian link and civic space.
